Return Policy
At Kraken Tackle Co., we take pride in producing premium fishing tackle and custom products built for serious anglers. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Products must be in resellable condition
Proof of purchase or order number is required
Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom color baits
Personalized or made-to-order products
Monthly Mystery Jig Boxes
Clearance or discounted items
Used fishing tackle or gear
Gift cards
Because many of our baits are hand-poured and custom-crafted, slight color or pattern variations are normal and not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may:
Replace the product
Issue store credit
Provide a refund to the original payment method
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Kraken Tackle Co.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kraken Tackle Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost:
Contact the shipping carrier directly
Then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.
Custom bait orders and subscription/mystery box orders cannot be canceled once production or packing has started.
