5. Mystery Boxes
Our Mystery Boxes contain randomized products and bait selections.
By purchasing a mystery box:
You acknowledge contents may vary between customers and shipments.
Duplicate items across future monthly boxes may occasionally occur.
Product values and selections are determined solely by Kraken Tackle Co.
Mystery Boxes are considered final sale unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery timelines are estimates only.

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Custom color baits are non-refundable unless defective.
Used products cannot be returned.
